Holly really worked really hard with us to find the perfect car that fit right within our budget and needs. We were debating on either the crosstrek, outback or forester. We opted for the forester and walked away with a touring!! The features I didn't know I needed. It's amazing and just in time. The 3rd day I had the car we had a bit of a snow storm. I loved riding in it. She's super awesome, please go see her if you're looking to get a car!

Had a 10:15 am appointment for 60K maintenance this morning in Saco ME that I made about a week ago. Was told it would take 3-4 hrs so I scheduled a loaner, & planned my day/week around this. Received a confirmation email yesterday during the storm. And another maintenance reminder email this morning that I am overdue for service. I arrived at 10am for my appt. Lights are visibly on in the offices in the back but no employees are there in the repair bays. Repair garage doors are blocked with cars and trucks. After calling out for someone inside, I was told by an employee that they had no way to notify customers that they have no power and cant serve anyone today. This is the 4th time Ive had customer service and/or repair issues at this site. They dont have a plan to notify customers when the power goes out? Why did I receive an overdue service email at 7:40 am but they couldnt make a call, text or send an email notifying customers they werent open for repairs today? Ive given Patriot Subaru too many chances. Will go back to the NH Dealership where I purchased my Outback from now on.

Called Patriot Subaru of Saco Maine about a car for sale on their website. Josh, the sales person I spoke with had trouble finding the car in their system, but then found it and said that it was ordered by someone but was not for sale (?). He said there are other similar cars available in their system but all were a higher price. The other cars were over $40K and the "non available" car was less. I asked if Josh could match the price of the "non-available" car and he said, it depends on how nice I sounded. I stopped and said, wait, it depends on how nice I sound? He said yes. Ask yourself, if Josh told you that you could get a certain price for a car but it depended on how nice you sounded, would you still buy from him? Instead, I bought a car at Pape Subaru. Much better experience and a better deal.

Hi Lori, Unfortunately the April 4th-5th storm, knocked power out for over a hundred thousand Mainers, as well as our store. Typically if we lose power, it returns quickly, being on busy Route One in Saco, but this time it was nearly 3 days. When we lose access at the store level, we lost the ability to communicate. Most of our staff was out of power at their homes. Some of our team made it in to try and pull the pieces together, but it wasn’t enough. Unfortunately in this case the automated system that originates outside the store that sends out reminder emails to service customers was still operating. Kind of like the band still playing while the Titanic is sinking. Our apologies that it in turn it created confusion, and that you drove out of your way only to find us closed. When power goes out as far and wide as it did this time, we not only lost store systems, but most of our associates ability to implement backup plans. It took us a while to find someone who could get on social media to post our status. Sorry to lose you as a customer, we’ll regroup and discuss how to improve when we face these type of difficult situations.
