        Pharmacy staff were courteous and professional, but completely let down by a breakdown of processes and systems. I transferred a prescription from Walmart thinking it would save me time as Shaw's is a lot closer. Wrong. It took 3 VISITS OVER THE COURSE OF A WEEK to get my prescription. From "we haven't heard back from them" to "you must be out of refills" I heard every excuse why they didn't have my prescription ready (I had 10 refills available btw). Today I was desperate as my current supply runs out tomorrow. Yet again they didn't have my prescription, so I waited while they got on the phone to verify the prescription and transfer it. I then had to amuse myself for another 15 minutes while the prescription was filled. Although this pharmacy is on my doorstep, I will avoid using it at all costs in the future. Getting blood pressure medication shouldn't be exacerbating the underlying condition 💔😖
