I've worked with Randy on 2 separate property purchases over the past year. Randy is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, quick to respond around the clock and provided me with invaluable guidance along my buying journey. I could not have asked for a better lender than Randy. As a first time home buyer in a difficult market I had a LOT of questions and needed someone very responsive. Randy not only answered all of my questions thoroughly but he was kind and never made me feel like I was asking too much or the wrong thing. On top of that he was always quick to answer a message or send a pre-qualification letter for a property that needed an offers ASAP. His connections in this business also make him an asset to any team. Buying a property in this market is extremely stressful, but Randy makes the process easier. He is very good at his job and I would be more than happy to work with him again.
