        After getting our power back after two days of using our generator, our heat and hot water was no longer working. Anne was amazing on getting the technician and the electrician to diagnose and fix our system. Anne also answered every question I had promptly and pleasantly. Anne's performance was matched by the superb service from Tyler Grenier and Parker Gammon. They did an outstanding job diagnosing and explaining what had happened and what they could do to fix it. We have only been using Gammons for a little over a year so they serviced our equipment twice now and as long as our experience continues to be like what we just went through, we won't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs.
