        Absolutely love Leap N Learn! My son has been going here for three years, since he was 8 weeks old. I feel like every classroom he moves to as he grows is very focused on making sure he receives the focus and education he needs. All of the teachers have been amazing in caring for him, challenging him, navigating the woes of toddlerhood, and most importantly loving him. He talks about his teachers all the time and some days doesn't want to leave when I go to pick him up! Definitely recommend. Any bad reviews you may read are not a correct reflection of the business and I have felt comfortable every day I have brought my son here.

        My nephew has attended Leap n Learn for the last 2 years. He LOVES going to school, some days he doesnt wanna come home! The teachers have done a great job communicating his needs/his accomplishments. I feel he is safe in their care. Management has been great in regards to communication and any inquiries I may have. I find comfort in knowing he is going somewhere that cares about his growth and allows him to reach his maximum potential. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and their amazing staff.

        Cant say enough great things about Leap and Learns staff. They take such great care of my daughter. I really enjoy that they send home daily sheets, I love knowing how she did throughout the day!

        Awful customer service. Teacher was amazing. Managers and owner are awful and have no heart. They do not follow through on what they say. Communication is horrible and no professionalism.

        1 star is even too much for this place - in regard to ownership. Definitely a few teachers who are absolutely wonderful and yet for the owner just a cash cow. It is easy to infer the owner does not have respect for her hardworking teachers or tbe bond between kids and teachers. I have sent my child for 4 years and cannot get a response from the owner for clarification as to WHY teachers are not permitted to see students for 18 months after graduation. We helped this business stay afloat during Covid, stayed through the 4 price increases and yet no respect is given from the owner who is clearly more financially driven (prove me wrong Kelly) than caring about teachers or their students. P.S - the owner wouldnt even respond herself but had a minion do her dirty work and only give me an update after my third call.

      Unfortunately sometimes our center is not the best fit for every child and we must make the decision on what is best for the child. We let you know your child was not adjusting well and tried to come up with a solution that hopefully could help her adjust better. This plan did not work for your family so we had to make the decision to end our professional relationship. As explained to your family. We apologize that you did not agree with the decision as we wanted G to succeed. Wish wish her the best of luck!

      Noelle we appreciate your feedback & loyalty for the last four years. Upon enrollment, we have every parent sign our contract which entails contact between students, families and teachers; an agreement that you have signed. Furthermore, as stated to you several times, our staff also sign a contract which is legally binding and therefore “exceptions” cannot be made, as you requested. These policies are to protect our teachers, families and our business. My managers have been appointed by myself as they are specifically trained to handle the business needs and respond to parent inquiries, which they did. I apologize that you did not agree with their response. I apologize you are unhappy with our service pricing. We strive to offer a competitive rate and stay with the current times. As I’m sure you are aware there have been prices increases everywhere. Our price increases have been minimal between $5-$10 per increase, although we understand the difficulties of any price increase. We try our best to offer services at a reasonable rate. As I’m sure you’re aware, the cost of doing business has nearly tripled over the past few years. These costs have been absorbed by the business rather than passing the increases along to parents. We still remain one of the most inexpensive centers in the area.We feel we have done an amazing job over the past four years, which is most likely why you stayed with our program for so long. We remained open during COVID when so many other centers had to close due to staffing issues. We owe this to our business policies & practices, our amazing staff and our families. Thank you for your recognition of our amazing staff and we wish you the best going forward.
