        When I finally chose to get help... after admitting myself for 11 days. For substance abuse, untreated bipolar, PTSD, insomnia...I turned to Groups. I have now been with them for almost a year. They have helped me in such a big way! The group I am in is like a family! We can count on each other in and out of group. Our counselor, Allison...she's absolutely amazing! I would recommend Groups to anyone that needs a way out..

        This place is a joke all whys up and down been going here for 7 months and the place goes throw so many people saw maybe tops 3 to 4 good groups other then than that trash no real help don't even waste ur time
