PenBay Dental is such a great practice! The dentist and staff are highly skilled, professional and so nice! I recently spent a couple of hours in the chair for some restorative work. Having these procedures isnt any fun, but I have to thank the PenBay crew for making the process so smooth and efficient and, dare I say, enjoyable?! Keep up the great work!

These folks are wonderful! I have a lot of anxiety around dental care stemming from negative past experiences with dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons. I hadnt had my teeth cleaned in several years and was very nervous for my first appointment, but the team put me right at ease. The office is bright and airy with beautiful pops of color and lots of plants. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the playlist of chill but uplifting early 2000s pop music! The dental hygienist I worked with, Laureh, was wonderful in every way. It was clear she had taken the time to read my chart and was ready to address my concerns. She was kind, gentle, and listened attentively. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was ok during the X-rays and cleaning procedure. She explained everything clearly and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions and express my preferences. She even explained how the coding for the visit would would work to ensure my insurance would cover my care needs. Dr. Bouchard was fantastic. She had a warm and calming demeanor, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained what she was seeing on my X-rays and photos. She even took the time to show me various aspects of my facial skeletal anatomy. Our conversation felt so informative and collaborative. My experience at Pen Bay Dental was so positive that my entire attitude towards dental care has shifted, and for the first time in my life, Im actually looking forward to my next appointment. It goes to show how powerful positive patient experiences can really be. I have since referred two of my coworkers who now have their own new patient appointments booked. Thank you to the whole team at Pen Bay Dental!
