I needed 2 rings repaired and am new to the area. I found George Holmes Jewelers to be very knowledgeable. The woman at the desk knew what she was talking about and had a lot of experience. The repairs were reasonably priced and done quite well. I will return for any future repairs and shopping. A note: years ago I worked in the diamond business and was very leery about taking my rings just any where. I made a point to take my time talking to the woman at the desk to make sure I felt comfortable leaving them.

Very helpful staff. The woman helped me pick out what I'm hoping will be the perfect valentines day gift. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Overall a disappointing experience. Lengthy repair time, expensive, very poor customer service and communication. I never write poor reviews but the experience was so frustrating and disappointing I thought maybe it might save someone else the headache.
