NuYar rebuilt an addition on the family's 1840 farmhouse after a fire. They were terrific to work with, especially Don Lippoth, who is a talented carpenter and craftsman. His attention to detail was essential for us to feel that the house would flow from the old to the new construction. He came up with novel ideas to help us stay within budget but to also produce a first rate product. Don communicated very well and was fun to work with. His workmanship is outstanding and he seemed to take the other workers on the project under his wing to teach them the trade. Don really cares about the quality of his work and the aesthetic and maintaining historical authenticity. We feel fortunate to have worked with NuYar on this project and thank the entire team! We highly recommend NuYar!

NU-YAR Construction completed an addition to our house in 2023 and we couldn't be happier! The team at NU-YAR was responsive, communicative, respectful, and most importantly --- skilled! Throughout the whole process - from contracting to finish work - we appreciated their ability to be flexible and get the work done. All of their subcontractors were great and I recommend this company to anyone! We are so happy with our new kitchen and mudroom.

NU-YAR completed a total kitchen renovation as well as finishing our previously unfinished basement. We are very picky about what contractor we hire and NU-YAR did an amazing job doing quality work, communicating well, being on schedule, and offering constructive advice throughout the project which made handling any unexpected renovation discoveries a lot easier. We would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

I worked with NuYar construction for a kitchen and downstairs bathroom remodel in 2023 on my 1874 single family, New Englander. David Neujhar, my project manager-Steve and the NuYar crew were absolute professionals. Communication was clear on all levels. As expected, with a 150 year old house, there were some unforeseen things that needed to be added to the list of repairs in order for the project to be properly and successfully completed. It was a relief to know that this remodel was going to be done right the first (and only) time. NuYar was just great at helping me to stay within budget without giving up the "must haves" on my kitchen wish list. They were also extremely flexible in doing small "add ons" that I decided were important during the construction process. The end result is a dream kitchen that is gorgeous, functional and a joy to cook and entertain in. Family and friends are blown away at the before and after. I could not have asked for more.
