        This has been a long time coming..... the secretaries that work in ortho are rude. They don't acknowledge patients as they are waiting to check in. I understand if they are on the phone. More often than not they are talking amongst themselves or staring at the computer. It's common courtesy to ACKNOWLEDGE when patients arrive. I had an appt last week and i approached the window to check in and the secretary simply got up and walked away without a word. She was gone for a few minutes. Other patients continued to check in at the other windows. The young blonde hair secretary is the biggest offender and rude. Hopefully, the staff will be spoken too.
