How do they even stay in business?? Not only were they rude and arrogant when they came to my home to do a crazily expensive routine "service" call, but now my emergency switch won't work (it did before they came). When I called they told me it was probably my switch. Had an electrician check it out, not the damned switch. I called again and they want to insist it's my switch and the electrician is wrong. You'd think for almost 600 bucks for a service call they would return to make it right. But they think it's funny. I'm switching my account to Home Town. They are respectful and appreciate their clients, and stand by their much more reasonably priced work. I'd say get away from Daigle, especially if you're a senior on a fixed income like me. Oh, and I don't trust their meters either. There seems to be something wrong with that whole outfit. Service: Heating system maintenance

I get that techs are short but...only come here when I need too.

Randy and his crew were a great help to us while we switched from oil to propane. Highly recommended.
