I had an amazing experience with Nancy! She went above and beyond to measure sweaters for me so that I could place an online order. They close at 6pm on Saturdays, and she stayed late to help me! It was worth it, as my Not Monday Jane cashmere sweater arrived today & fit perfectly! Such great customer service is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this lovely boutique for their selection and service!!

Expensive. Ive been in both locations and everything is priced very very high. $165 for linen pants seems excessive. Return policy is truly terrible, store credit only. Not mentioned at checkout either, except tiny signs. Seemed bait and switchy. Staff was lovely and helpful. The saving grace for the 3 star review.

Disappointed with a recent experience. Bought two of a faulty shoe style totaling over $400 and didnt realize until after winter when I could wear them again and nails busted out of the wooden clog. Ive always been a loyal long term customer but they didnt seem to care when I asked for a credit of some sort.
