      image I dropped of my documents for review and then called back a week later and they didn't know who I was. After some tense discussion of giving them my name, SSN, etc, they remembered who I was. Not a very good sign. So now I'm trying to simply get my documents back but this is proving to be very difficult. Wish I had never given them my documents, big mistake. I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt. I tried calling the number they gave but it routed me to the local office, but it would not connect me. Now I'm in an endless loop on their main line, it won't connect me with anyone. So they told me to call with details but it won't allow me to do that.
