        Bad service I have ever seen!

        One star is five too many. Trusted the employee here to professionally wrap and ship a bronze sculpture. We just opened the box: sculpture broken. Wrapped using pre-used, dirty bubble wrap held together with painters tape. A child wouldve done a better job. This FedEx employee cared nothing about what he was doing or the importance of the art piece to the customer. Just unbelievable. Way to go, Portland Genius.
