This was the forth transaction with Mary and she was amazing from the first two houses that she told me about before they hit the market so the process was as much smoother and quick. Most recently she helped me sell a house and buy one right after. She went to open houses and took pictures/videos when I wasnt able to attend and is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive which makes everything feel so much easier. Definitely recommend working with her!

As first time homebuyers and in a very tough market, she was responsive, professional, and above all else, someone who made the process really manageable and felt like we were in control the whole time. Sierra Boler is the BEST AGENT EVER!! She found me a place immediately, and when that fell through before closing, she found me another one the same day!!! I dont think Ive ever seen someone work so hard and respond so quickly! She had great ideas to help me win both bids without paying more than I wanted to. Highly recommend and will definitely use her services again if needed!!

The Violette-Sparta team is AMAZING! Not only did they help me to find a temporary cottage to live in, but they also helped me find the home that was "so meant for me"!
