He was always available for showings, even on weekends, and had great insight into the houses we were looking at. We could not have asked for a more dedicated team to sell our mother's condo. Rich and Cricket went many "extra miles" on her behalf, and never stopped working, whether it was with staging help or getting the word out, or easing the anxiety that selling entails for their elderly client. We always felt they were mom's and our allies. Loved working with them.
