This is a crazy market, and I was so fearful that I would not be able to own a home for many years to come. Kate Huntress immediately impressed me with her calm professionalism, and then was able to help me navigate the buying process with some really great ideas and got me (truly) in my last house, my dream home. She was warm, funny, kind yet perfectly assertive to be able to negotiate successfully-a great combination for a real estate agent!

Mandy was the most wonderful realtor to work with throughout our home buying process, and we honestly couldnt have asked for a better person to guide us through buying our first home. She was extremely accessible, super knowledgeable and full of insight and helpful advice, not to mention just a ball of light and a complete joy to interact with. We spent about 10 months searching before finally finding our house at a reasonable price during this very crazy market, and had a couple houses fall through along the way, but Mandy was endlessly supportive and always enthusiastic as we continued the search. We can honestly say we dont think we would have landed with such an amazing house if it wasnt for her!

Professionalism, knowledge, experience, patience. Those are the 4 words that first come to mind when I think of Kate Huntress. It was a pleasure to work with Kate. She treated me like I was her only client (though I know I wasn't). Calls and texts were replied to promptly. She answered all our questions, or suggested someone who could. She knows the local market well. Kate worked with us for about a year and we looked at many places, and she showed the last one (the one we bought) with the same enthusiasm as the first one. I highly recommend Kate.

Hands down, Kate Huntress is the best real estate broker that I have worked with in three states! She is thorough, timely, assertive, and extraordinarily helpful in a buying process that was nothing less than daunting. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional. Kate helped us find a home during one of the most challenging periods in the market. She partnered with us throughout the entire process listening in to our needs, helping us think creatively about our offers, and was incredibly responsive in getting quick offers out to help us be competitive in the market. We always felt very supported and guided along in the process, and found her knowledge of the area and market to be very helpful for positioning. Given the conditions, we did end up working with Kate for an extended period before finding the perfect house for us, and throughout the process built a great relationship with her. We highly recommend and would definitely recommend her to our family and friends.
