We highly recommend that people work with Nicole Snyder when buying or selling property. We had a very tight timeframe where we needed to close in 2 weeks and Nicole and the KW team were able to pull it off for us. Nicole is proactive with information and next steps, very knowledgeable about the market, hunts down answers and responds promptly, is a great negotiator, and fun to go on showings with.
