We were very fortunate to work with Christina Young .We were searching for property close to the beach in Maine.She found us a property that has been a blessing and a dream of mine for many years. She was very informative through the process keeping us up to date each step along the way.Always a phone call and text reply right away.We found the property and closed within a few weeks.I would and do recommend Christina we would use Christina again and again.You will be very satisfied to work with her.It was refreshing to have someone looking after us and working for us .

I have been working with Christina Young 5years and since then she became a friend. she is very honest, she does care for her customers. With her assistance I learned so many things about the houses than before. She is a kind of person who can not let you make mistake, she will give you advices, she will advocate for you as needed, the more important, she can not let you sign thing without explaining to you what it is. she is the person you can call at anytime and she will respond your call no matter what. I am still calling her when I have question even if we closed our business contract and she is always there for me. I am highly recommending her to everyone who is looking for a trusted and professional realtor.

In the Summer of 2023, we found ourselves in a bad living situation and needed to buy a home within a few months. We were first time home buyers and had a budget which placed us in a very competitive price range. We were stressed and intimidated. Luckily, Dona Pfeffer was recommended to us and we hired her as our agent.
Donas knowledge and experience was evident immediately. She helped us narrow our search by promoting conversations about our preferences, many things we hadnt thought of on our own. She also empowered us to make decisions by taking the time to explain legalese, processes, and procedures.
It was clear she had our best interest in mind. She always had time to talk with us and answer questions. She made us feel like we were her only client. Dona NEVER tried to pressure us to buy a home. In fact, Dona was quick to point out issues or potential problems when we were interested in a house, ensuring we stayed grounded in our decision making.
Dona has great relationships in the industry and recommended an excellent lender and title company; she surrounded us with an excellent team. This was especially important when we needed to make an offer quickly. It also made the closing process smooth and easy.
With Donas help, we went under contract on a wonderful house after only two weeks of looking! We closed 60 days later and are happily settled in our new home.
Dona was a joy to work with, and she will be our first call if we ever need to move again. We highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jody as our realtor. We have purchased three other homes with different realtors in the past and I will NEVER use a different realtor again!!! Jody made both buying and selling homes easy, thorough, and enjoyable! Jody met with us prior to our search and discussed at length our wants and needs and the timeline of how she predicted the process would work. She demonstrated utmost confidence in her abilities to both find us the perfect home for our next chapter and her ability to sell our current home quickly and for "top dollar." Jody was willing to show us ANY property we expressed interest in when we were searching. She kept us focused on the criteria we had developed in our initial conversations and the developing desires we acquired in our search process. She was adamant that we not SETTLE in our decision and remained confident that our perfect home would come along even after we'd seen multiple properties and it seemed that maybe that home didn't exist for us. Jody's knowledge of the market and what to expect and require at each price point with home values was superb and we developed great trust and respect in her knowledge of the housing market. She was determined that we get what we want and that any house we considered was valued appropriately. She told us many times that she approaches her client's home purchases like she is spending her own money and takes the financial commitment very seriously. When we found the perfect home, as Jody said we would, she negotiated our contract with professionalism and respect and responsibility. I was blown away by her people skills, combined with her professional knowledge. Jody has a way of holding all parties accountable and she goes above and beyond to do her due diligence in researching properties. She was able to uncover some things about a property we felt strongly about in terms of wanting to purchase and her work saved us from buying a property that had some unknown history and challenges we would not have become aware of on our own. When it came time to sell our existing home, Jody listed our property on a Thursday and allowed first showing on Sunday. On Monday we had multiple offers all well above our asking price! We were not sure what to expect, but Jody was confident in her strategy and everything went so smoothly that we were in awe!! Buying and selling homes has always been my least favorite thing to do, but Jody made our process so easy that it actually became enjoyable. We looked forward to spending our time with Jody in our house search and learned to trust her with the utmost confidence. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Jody. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jody as a realtor. If you are even THINKING about starting the process, you should contact her and talk! You will be sooooo happy you did!! I write this settled in on my couch in my new home and I couldn't be happier, and I owe my current happiness to Jody Nutting!
