Portside Realty was recommended to us by our previous realtor when we were looking for a retirement home in Portland, Maine. We were a 5 hour flight away, so unable to nip over to see places as they came on the market. Jennifer Tabb walked us through several houses using her phone. We came to totally trust her judgement and her eagle eye such that we were comfortable bidding remotely. It turned out that one place that was not at all in our parameters (a condo rather than a classic Maine house) she had intuition that we would like it, and encouraged us to look at it, and indeed that was The One. We are super happy with Portside and our new place!

Randy Ferrell was an absolute delight to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we came into this process with no experience and very little knowledge, and he somehow made it fun and interesting and, ultimately, a dream come true! He is a wellspring of helpful information, but also totally down to earth and easy to communicate with. He was amazingly patient with all of our newbie questions and anxieties. We'll be recommending him indefinitely to anyone who asks. Randy is the perfect balance of professional and warm, and I'll honestly miss his energy!
