        My partner and I rented an apartment from Bellport for 4 years and had a fantastic experience with them as our property manager. Communication was always great and any issues were addressed right away. We had an ongoing issue with one of our appliances and Jackie and the maintenance team worked diligently with us to find a solution. Even during light snowstorms there was always someone there in the morning salting our driveway and steps making sure the property was as safe as possible. Bellport is by far the best property management company I have had over many years living in Portland. I highly recommend!

        Best property management company in Portland. I found Bellport by asking three different real estate brokers for a recommendation, they all came back with the same answer. Bellport has managed my apartments for several years now, they do an outstanding job with the tenants and maintaining the properties. Easy to work with, runs like clock work.

        These folks manage a rental property in Portland and they post their availability on Zillow. But they never respond to inquires. You have to wonder about their character. I'm staying away...obviously they are bad people!! Deal with these people at your own peril!!

      We apologize for the frustration but we can't control Zillow's ads and any inquiries sent through Zillow dont seem to make it to us. Unfortunately, Zillow and other websites will leave listings up, well past the date we pull it down. I believe they do this to make it look that there are numerous options available in their database. We've tried to fight this for years but the last couple years we can't seem to actually speak to a Zillow representative for them to look into the matter or help pull things that they shouldn't have up. The best way to see what is available is by visiting our website and checking our "Current Listings" which are edited multiple times a day.  Our team posts and removes advertisements in real time. I’m sure this is a common problem for all housing providers, so I would recommend checking management companies websites directly to find the most accurate information.
