Slab Sicilian Street Food

Food was great! We had a larger party of about 12. I understand sometimes they can be super stressful & overwhelming however, the service we received from our waiter was beyond disappointing & shocking. The moment he came over to the table he was very rude. It Felt like we constantly had to fight for his attention to provide service for us such as drink refills and boxes. He never checked in on the table after food had been served. People at our table had to keep waving him down for our checks. Then when he finally did bring the bill he handed it to one lady in our party and said I mean I can try to spilt it but I dont really know. Will not be back because of the awful service we received.

Oh my God is this place delicious. Best Sicilian slice I ever had. The dough is totally unique and amazing. And the sauce on the cheese and pepperoni is sweet and tangy. Portland is lucky to have this place. Heard it was great but really surpassed my expectations. And I'll always remember going because it was my son's 1st birthday that day and this was a late lunch after celebrating for a day already. Parking: Look it's downtown Portland. The more familiar you are with it the easier. You can park in a lot a few blocks away or if you get lucky you can grab a spot on paid parking in front. Be careful though they ticket often, so pay. Kid-friendliness: We had our one-year old who was getting a little tired and we didn't get any dirty looks and they provided a high-chair. We went early with only two other couples there.

Creative and thoughtful flavor combinations for both the pizzas and cannoli. Not too wild, definitely not your average pizza place. Really good!
