This pharmacy is outstanding with customer service and fast turn around. The communication is second to none. As Ive navigated the waters of some serious issues, their team has helped me beyond measure. When I tell them thank you, and how much I appreciate them all this is an understatement. This review is specific to the mail order services at Martin's Point. I am a prescriber and sent a prescription on behalf of a client whose insurance required I go through their services. Several days later, with the client in my office, I called to follow up on the status of the shipment. I was told that they had just discovered the prescription from several days earlier and were "putting a rush on it". Confused about what it means to have a "rush" put on something, I asked how long we would typically anticipate a refill to take, I was told from the time it was transmitted, they would take 10 TO 14 DAYS to even fill the prescription, plus another week for shipment. I don't prescribe meds because my clients want them, or because it would be nice to have them, I prescribe them because they are needed. If this were life saving medication, they would probably be dead before this pharmacy could figure out how to process an order by the time frames their staff reported to me. It was shocking.
