The pottery selection was impressive and the space was clean and well organized. We spent about 2 hours there and had fun. The reason for 3 stars is the poor customer service. The place was well staffed however staff acted annoyed by any requests or questions. My 10 year old had a question about the puffy paint option, the staff person seemed very annoyed and then didnt end up helping. Overall fun experience- but not great customer service.

Loved it and already planning to go back and maybe do a couple to go pieces as well. It was a little expensive but nothing unexpected, I chose to paint an expensive piece and I feel like it's totally worth it.

Came here for Valentines Day a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful time! They have lots of ceramic options from plates to dinosaurs to mugs to fairies to little jars. They also have lots of color options, stencils, sponges, different brushes, and a guide book to help you with painting techniques. When you arrive you pick your pottery, find a table & get to painting! When youre done, you leave everything on the table & staff cleans it up for you! Cost: Depends on the piece you choose. Ours were $40-50 for the berry basket & $35-45 for the gnome. There is also an artists fee for each painter of $8. If you dont finish, when you come back you dont pay the artists fee again. Atmosphere: They made it very romantic for Valentines! Nice ambiance, romantic music, and warm candles. During the day, it is of a normal noise level. Service: 4/5. Staff is not overly friendly but was helpful when I asked questions. Accessibility: Not very accessible. It is a small space that can be tricky to maneuver & all the counters are high. Parking: There is a parking lot but you have to pay. Its only $2/hr so recommend paying it. They WILL ticket you & ticket fees start at $25. The building entrance is also somewhat hidden as it is on the very back side. Child-friendly: Well behaved children are welcomed. Recommend: Yes
