I went to northern lights for a surgical consultation after a spiral fracture on my finger. I was told I did not need surgery but they wanted to send me for a second opinion. It had already been a week since the initial injury so I asked if timing was essential and they said no. They told me theyd send an urgent referral to another orthopedist, that office never received the referral and then I went to an orthopedic urgent care when the pain got worse. I was told I shouldve had emergent surgery immediately following my fracture. Northern lights provided me with some of the worst care I have ever received. Very disappointing.
