Wyatt was available all the timenights, weekends, whenever I needed him or was worried. He often even answered the phone when he was away from work, whether at the gym, taking a walk, or driving. I always knew if he didnt answer that he would call be back immediately. Some lenders I talked to didnt want to do the job unless it was easy, Wyatt was motivated from the beginning and found a way to get me a loan for the house I actually wanted that was originally outside of my loan amount. He was creative while other lenders didnt want to deal with things like including social security payments or potential rental income. He helped me to also up my credit score within a week and was able to tell me how much my home would appreciate in the coming years. Whenever I had a question he took the time to listen and had the answers. I was really impressed with his commitment to the job and his level of motivation for closing loans, while being respectful and informative to me, the client, at the same time. I found his motivation refreshing as in the past my home search stalled when lenders didnt follow up or made assumptions about my financial situation. I got the impression that he treats everyone the same and doesnt make assumptions based on loan type, income, gender, race, etc. He also recommended a fabulous real estate agent who got right to work finding me a home. I saw 6 homes within days of our introduction. A different lender connected me with a real estate agent who wouldnt move forward without a verified approval and was generally unavailable. I felt like this was because of bias. Wyatt was the first lender who took the time to explain things to me and calmed my nerves and worries as the process rolled along.
