My husband second time coming here and the same two ladies being extra rude. I thought they were prejudice but they do this to almost everyone. Had to pause to try my food before I send the review to make sure since they had no customer service experience that at least the food was good and it was good but left off my ranch sauce period I asked for extra sauce and nothing.

I wanted to share my experience because I recently checked my charges for the week on my debit card and realized that I was overcharged for my order from March 25th, 2024. What I ordered: 1 large Korean bbq w/ grilled onions 1 small Korean bbq w/ grilled onions And 1 small thanksgiving When I went to pick up my order in store that I called in, the lady tendered my payment and forgot to ask me if I wanted my receipt. The total posted to my account for $51.04 on March 27th, 2024. I just called that same exact store back today to see what the total would be and the worker said the total would be 30 something dollars and change. I said okay last week I ordered this same exact thing and was charged over 50.00 dollars. The lady on the phone said prices changes frequently due to inflation. This response seemed strange to me. Im really upset because DAngelos has become my favorite restaurant to get subs at and Im frustrated that I didnt get a receipt and that I was over charged at this location! I believe the employees here would benefit from additional training on communicating with customers what each sandwich price is, the whole total of the order and providing receipts. I hope management reaches out to me soon to try and rectify this issue. The food is always great, I make it a point to tip and just forgot this time to make sure I had my receipt. Everyone just make sure you ask for a receipt so youre being charged correctly. Respectfully, Aaliyah Atkinson
