We are so happy that we were referred to Brian for the purchase of our first home. Our first meeting was thorough, and Brian was so kind and patient with all of our first-time home-buyer questions. As a person new to home buying, Ive heard all the disaster stories, but Brian Maiorino made the daunting process exciting and enjoyable! From the start, Brian was professional and personal. He was eager to learn about my life and personality, so he could find the perfect home for me. And he did (within 1 week)! Brian went beyond being the typical realtor; he also had in depth knowledge about construction, landscaping/fencing, and dcor. But the best part of all, I knew that Brian had my best interest in mind, and I could always contact him if I had any questions or concerns (even after I purchased my home).
