    Bad service and no transparency whatsoever. I had no assistance from the person who was supposed to help with doubts about supplies and stuff. Left many messages and they never got back to me. When I talk to ppl in the Call center I can tell they are not qualified for the job - make me wait, do not solve the problem, and say they will get back to you but never do. I am now returning the machine and looking for another company.

    Was just hung up on, when they call me, with questions for my insurance, like my doctor's name... been the same doctor the whole time btw, now they think it's a doctor from 5 years ago. I answer all their questions and when I go to ask one, I get hung up on, I've had other issues with cpap supplies, after reading the reviews, I think I might just find another supplier. I'm over it and am not willing to deal with the other issues other people have talked about. Being shorted supplies or them getting lost because of one strand of tape on cheap box, all the calls, wondering if it'll be covered, being hung up on is too much for me. Btw, I tried to call back 2x and was ignored, that's why I'm leaving the review.

    WORST supplier of all time! Can't get supplies after steadily contacting them for 6 months and insurance company has to keep denying as they continue to put in billing codes that haven't been active for years or don't exist! Insurance claims rep reached out several times and even gave the correct codes so my husband could receive the necessary supplies and still continued to not submit even then causing further health issues. Insurance said might have 1 even 2 mix-ups this is ridiculous and they are still failing to comply. Suggested changing suppliers as they have NO issues ever with other suppliers. Just spoke to the Dr who was beyond disbelief and sending a memo as CEO to NOT use this suppliers as they're causing folks to have even further health issues! Sadly they force you to give 1 star...that's not even deserved! If you value your health or the health of your lived one GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

    Dr recommended I get a CPAP. They Prescription to AdaptHealth and I was contacted pretty quick. During the initial call I inquired about billing and they stated, multiple times, that my insurance is really good and they're covering 100%. Well, now I'm fighting with them about a bill I was never supposed to receive. I was charged on my credit card without any prior notice. Never received an invoice prior to then billing me several months later. They did, after fighting with them, credit my card and told me I wouldn't be charged anymore. They actually had built TWO accounts for me. One had incorrect billing of insurance covering $100 (that's the one they quoted me on) and another with the real billing. Or at least, that's what I was told at one point. Well now, I've returned the equipment already and collections has been calling me, my wife and my neighbor about past due charges. I am considering on filing with the NH Attorney Generals Office for harassment if they don't resolve this. I do also have email discussions with them apologizing for the issues.
