Don’t waste your time, literally. I made an appointment with Elizabeth and arrived early to my appointment. She was not there. I called at the time of my appointment and sent an email letting her know I was there for my appointment. Didn’t hear back from her. There are too many other good massage therapists in Portland to waste your time on this one.

Liz Jackson is an incredibly gifted practitioner with many years experience. Not only have I seen her as a client for several years, but I also refer my patients to her regularly. A session with Liz isn't only for aches and pains, I also recommend her to anyone going through a life transition, feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies or their purpose. When you have a session with Liz, it goes beyond a 'regular' massage - you will experience deep shifts not only in how you feel in your body, but how you feel mentally and emotionally. When I see Liz for a session, I tell her to just do her thing - I don't even need to tell her what's off or needing attention. Her intuition is spot on and she always seems to know just where to focus each session and which techniques to employ (massage, cranial-sacral work or reiki). You will feel immediately at ease with Liz and after that first session - you'll want to keep coming back (just don't take my slot ;) )!
