My massage with Sophie was one of the best I've had. She was attentive to my goals for the session and worked on the body parts I felt were troublesome, while also offering her analysis and advice for other opportunities/areas of growth. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and more present in my body. The next morning when I awoke I noticed significant differences as I began to do both daily activities and my yoga practice, feeling more balanced physically and spiritually.
