        i purchased 2 rolls of buffalo nickels which PCH saw fit to ship in a paper envelope. the envelope arrived ripped open. when i called for a refund they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks for a refund to arrive in my account. The customer service reps, John and Amanda, showed little if any concern and insisted that "it`s a process" . I will NEVER order or entertain any correspondence from PCH ever again. All the items are overpriced, the customer service is poor at best and I am suspicious that the prizes are not real...
