I was out of state when I bought my home. Molly assured me she would be around if I needed her on the day I closed. Molly went MIA for 3 hours that day, right during the time I needed her most. She sent me all the closing documents, over 100 pages via email and no explanation where to sign. Our home printer could not print the documents, FedEx or several other places could not print secure documents, it became a nightmare. I also was wiring the money. Molly was MIA. When I called her angry that I couldnt print the documents, we didnt know where to sign, that she went MIA, etc she never apologized and instead got angry back at me and turned it around that somehow it was my fault? I would never use her again and would highly recommend not using this title company.
