Dont get insurance through them. They expect high monthly rates and wont pay a dime towards your medical costs until youve paid everything towards deductive and coinsurance.

Due to a data breach plan information is unavailable. It has been that way for months. So if anyone out there is like me and doesn't memorize what's covered at what level, you're left in the dark. You could get a procedure that you think is covered, but it isn't, and you won't know until the bill comes. You can call and talk to one of them and they can't tell you. I attempted to cancel my plan but they said I have to have a qualifying life event. I'm not sure why being completely unsatisfied with their product and their terrible service isn't enough to cancel. I guess I'll just stop paying the premium and see how that goes.
