Support local small businesses! They definitely don't have everything you've ever wanted but they do have some cool unique local brands & also some good deals on perishable food items that need to move quickly. It's a little higher priced, we joke it's the Cape Elizabeth tax, but well worth it in a pinch. You don't have to deal with crowds and can just pop in and out. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
They also have some
merchandise like T-shirts and bags with Cape Elizabeth on it just in case you're looking for any souvenirs.

Quick and easy to grab soups and premade sandwiches. Decent produce and meat selection. Some local products.

Nice little place, it's hard to find an IGA these days.
