        Advantage from the Call to pick up my mother in law from our home(they did not know they were going to be called) to picking up her cremains was as good as could be under the circumstances. They returned calls and were always patient and professional. I did miss the personal touch when filling out the death certificate that I had 4 years ago, but get that everyone is having staffing issues. But they were available when I could get there to pick up the death certificates and my mother in laws cremains. Would highly recommend them. Diane Holden

        These folks are very kind and compassionate and we're very comfortable to work with during a very difficult time. The pricing was very fair and the quality of everything they put together for my mom was absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with everything.         Desiree made everything so much easier she allowed me to vent and she did everything I asked of her plus more.. I didnt feel pressured or rushed she did an amazing job with my mom appearance. she followed up with me and was a true angel to me and my family
