Mancini Electric

Thank YOU! The electric service drop pulled off the house due to a falling tree during the Saturday ice storm (but we were lucky that the meter didnt come off the house). Our entire two-car driveway was littered with our neighbors fallen trees. We called Mancini this morning (Monday) and by 10am Gino and Max arrived. Because the neighborhood was without power but we had a fallen electricity line we couldnt do any clean up. Thank goodness, Mancinis crew safely cut and capped the line so we could clean the debris. We filled an entire commercial 12 ton trailer and by mid-afternoon, Max and Gino were reinstalling the brackets so the insulated sleeve protecting the line was up! Woo hoo! They even lined up the sleeve to a laser so it was straight! And then they were off! Nice guys! Good work! When the Canadian utility crew showed up (and could drive the bucket loader in the driveway) to connect the power to the house, they were pleased. So were we cause we now have power!

I called and was transferred three times, each time having to repeat my issue. Then the guy I finally got was extremely rude, curt and condescending. He said he'd send someone out, but since I would not be there (I'm the landlord), I asked if the electrician could call to give me an assessment of the problem (e.g., "is it a $200 issue or $2000 job?) To that, the guy said, "look missy, you should just call someone else!" and HUNG UP ON ME!Ummm.....what??????
