        My issue is not with the store but Joanns Online. Ordered a bolt of Pellon quilt batting and 5 spools of thread. One spool of thread came by itself, 3 more spools came in a huge box, and the Pellon came by itself. Did not receive one of the spools of thread at all! Would not have ordered if I'd known what an awful carbon footprint they have. Sent a chat about the missing thread and got back a message that I need to contact the RETURNS dept. I made it clear I was MISSING an item. Not returning something. Sometimes when you try to save some time by ordering online, it just takes longer to straighten stuff out.

        This place is horrible they arent kind. Make very unprofessional and rude jokes and are all around very sloppy and not a good place to be around

        Update your hours. The only time I had to pick up my online order was Saturday morning and I arrived at 8:30 since Google maps says you open at 8. Well, you were closed. I guess Ill be canceling my order now.
