5 Star customer service!! I had a problem with a batch of seed starter. I contacted them through email, and they responded almost immediately!! Refunded my money and sent me more seed starter on them!! They stand by their products !! I'll be using it again!!

Excellent response time which I got any and all questions answered and got the benefit of very knowledgeable customer service.There was no let Me go look products up They had full details about products and not reading a script.I had upper Management call back shortly after and Coast of Maine makes Ya family and ill be a returning customer.I have found this Company by word of mouth and The Coast of Maine's reputation far exceeded My expectations Great work Yall Keep up Hard Works Thanks a million Yall

soil is good but this company doesn't know what their order numbers are and have the inept ability to fix shipping errors when you already sent it for them to be fix prior to them shipping out. then even after they mess up and ignore you they dont do anything about it so that your order is sent wherever the hell it wants and you have to try and fix it. wont ever deal with them again fox farms gets my money I guess, nice work on screwing customers over yall.
