Burke's Perks Cafe and Grill

Been hunting a good cup of coffee in Downtown Portland and I finally found it! I asked for a cappuccino and it had delicious frothy milk and the coffee didnt taste acid/sour like most places Ive tried. Fair price and great quality. Also, the barista/employee was super nice.

Found myself with a little time and wanted to try place tucked in the shadow of monument at monument square. I instantly loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. An employee was dancing with who I assumed was a customer. What a relaxed cafe. Pleasantly out-of- place for downtown Portland.I ordered breakfast sandwich and an OJ. The sandwich was fantastic and I will be returning to burn thru the rest of breakfast menu. Then definitely move on to scrumptious looking lunch menu. Cool place! If you havent already stop by Burkes soon.

Cute coffee shop for a little bit of everything from coffees (perks, get it lol) tea and hot chocolate to breakfast sammies, bagels and brownies! More of a grab and go type of place which worked just fine for us!
