I have worked with other career counselors in the past and none of them compared to the value I received from Holly. Prior to reaching out to Holly, I was struggling to understand my career path, value and purpose. In addition, my personal brand was non existent, my resume was confusing and not well crafted, and my LinkedIn profile was not optimized nor a great representation of who I was. Holly's approach was personal and professional. She took the time to understand who I am, and what is important to me. In addition, her ability to concisely develop my story, summarize my experiences and craft my personal brand and resume was truly remarkable. The results speak for themselves: Holly sent me the first draft of my updated resume on November 20th and I accepted an amazing job offer less than 30 days later. (I did not expect anything to happen between Thankgiving and Christmas!) That said, what meant the most to me was her advocacy and compassion during an extremely difficult time, both professionally and personally.
