I was able to fix the problem in my area which saved me a trip to Portland, and was promptly reimbursed the following week!! Thank you, Daniel!!

We had a tire of our UX 250h slashed on our vacation. The kind manager of the service department checked for tire availability and it looked bleak, since it would have to be shipped up from Massachusetts and take three days. Thinking creatively, she found a tire for us on a loaner they had, switched it out for our flat, had it mounted and us on our way within an hour. Exceptional service and we could not be more grateful.

We had a fantastic experience with the folks from Berlin City Lexus! Friendly, helpful and yet very professional. David Tearse did a great job getting us into the perfect vehicle. No aggressive sales pitch or pressure. Listened and delivered! I highly recommend this group of people if you are in the market.

Not a bad experience overall, but they will tack on about $1500 in fees if you choose to buy a car there. They also refuse to negotiate. Edit: Daniel refers to a specific car but here is a quote from this dealersip: "Thank you, but we are a one price store we do not take offers/negotiate our prices."
