Last minute cancellation, when I scheduled the appointment a month in advance. No respect to the customer rights and time. I had to cancel my work to catch the appointment and they canceled me one hour before appointment.

I went in really excited to start my hair journey for my wedding. I showed them pictureS of what I wanted for my wedding (I wanted an orange/copper color with lighter pieces)and said that I understand we cant do that today but I want to start taking the steps to get there. We all agree on what it is exactly we would be able to get done that day. The foiling went great. But when we went to the wash bowl I was toned three times and then was brought back to my chair to see red hair. Only my roots were red the mid strands to ends where a kinda strawberry blonde pink color. She then tells me that my ends wouldnt take the color. She asked me my thoughts and I said that its not what we talked about and she agreed. I sent a message asking for a refund of this service and havent been contacted.
