I waited ten minutes to be spoken with by a woman that had 0 empathy. Your website stinks. I have apparently signed up for auto-payment but have no way of seeing or verifying this on your site. As a result, I signed up "again" in your auto-transfer section and as a result have been double charged my loan payments for the past three months. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to just be out an extra $450 month after month. Either fix your website to show when I am setup for auto-pay, warn customers when they go to setup auto-transfers that there is a possibility that I might already be setup for auto-pay, allow your employees to reverse a payment, and/or train your employees to have a minimal level of empathy when you have completely screwed your customers.

Recently took out an auto loan with NBT after being matched with them with the financing department at a local dealership. I wish I would have done more research first before deciding to use their services. NBT online banking is one of the least user-friendly websites I've ever used. Not intuitive at all and feels cheap and outdated. Please take the time and spend the capital to catch your online banking up with modern standards.

Because of their poor banking, an incorrect late payment was posted to my credit report. 100% on time payments my whole life, and now I have to dispute this error. Can't get ahold of anyone at the bank or get an email response. Horrible web interface. I would take your business elsewhere!!

TransUnion informed NBT that, on July 14, TransUnion inadvertently uploaded a test file that could cause some loans to incorrectly reflect a delinquent status. TransUnion subsequently notified NBT that the file has been corrected, and customers should see updates and corrections to their credit reports on Tuesday, July 18 and Wednesday, July 19. NBT does not have the ability to correct this issue as it exists on TransUnion’s platform and must be corrected by TransUnion. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
