ZH Acupuncture

As someone who's skeptical of non-traditional medicine, I went to Zach as a last ditch effort to fix my shoulder. I spent months with lingering shoulder pain and nothing helped it. My wife is a physician assistant and former athletic trainer, and no amount of PT she tried was helpful. I was desperate and my wife convinced me to try this. After just one visit Zach had my shoulder feeling brand new. After explaining what was going on, Zach pinpointed what was causing my pain. He did an outstanding job of explaining what was going on with my shoulder. He gave me things I could do at home to help. I've had several surgeries in the past from football injuries, and thought I was heading down that road again but Zach is a miracle worker! I really wish I had gone sooner.

I dont normally leave reviews for anything... 26 years old with a separated shoulder and years of abuse and injury to hips/ lower back from exercise and college football, I could no longer run or do any strenuous exercise. Simply standing for over an hour resulted in pain to my shoulders and entire back. Couldnt even turn my neck without discomfort. No amount of rehab, foam/ lacrosse ball rolling or deep tissue massage seemed to help beyond temporary relief. Found Zach through similar reviews (and desperation) and its changed my life in only a few visits. Pelvic tilt almost completely gone, and relief to shoulders and hips is incredible. Already back to running and slowly working back to a regular lifting routine. If youre struggling from chronic injuries, tightness or soreness, I couldnt recommend strongly enough.

I am a fitness instructor and came to Zach with some repetitive injuries. I never tried acupuncture before but since working with him on a regular basis Ive had fewer injuries and seen improvements in my performance as well. Youre in incredible hands with him.

I am a fitness instructor/ professional dancer, and was introduced to Zach through a coworker. To be honest, I was afraid of acupuncture but needed something more to assist in my recovery that was not massage. Within minutes of my first session with Zach, I felt my whip lash and minor strains begin to ease away. Zach soon became a constant factor in my weekly recover, and has enhanced my performance as well as my meditative state. I look forward to his monthly visits to NYC, my body is not the same without him. He is a miracle worker!

The best acupuncturist I have ever been to!! I have worked with Zach over the past year and it has really been life changing!! After having major brain surgery I was suffering from constant headaches, no medications were helping so they encouraged me to try acupuncture. I had never tried acupuncture and had never really believed in it until I found Zachs practice. He made me feel very comfortable and was always there to talk me through everything that we had doing on my face, neck and back. I am now living headache free and have actually come down on my medications all thanks to Zach!! He is trustworthy and easy to work with especially if you have a job and need to make last minute changes. He is always understanding and honestly has a great personality :) He keeps me laughing all the way through the session, he really gets people and is always willing to try different things like cupping if thats what is needed. I would highly recommend Zach as an acupuncturist, he really will change your life!!
