      image Please do yourself a favor and do not use this firm! I hired them to do my taxes twice, and both times they advised me to not report income I needed to report. When I pointed out reporting this is required they told me they weren't going to do my taxes over even though I gave them the numbers up front. I had to complain a lot until they finally did it. They also got some numbers wrong, and when I pointed this out again they claimed it doesn't matter anyway. They then charged me more than explained upfront and more than they charged the first year. I can understand that taxes are complicated and people make mistakes, but that's where customer service comes in, not yelling at me over the phone.
