Great location, one block off the beach.

It's a great location. Just close enough to the beach and just a small walk away from the boardwalk.
We had a pretty big condo, which had 3 rooms, one which had a bunk bed.
Unfortunately the second shower was clogged.
You can really hear the people upstairs as they walk
Also wish we had a handle in our shower or a hose outside. It can get frustrating bringing in so much sand and have a hard time taking it off.
The parking though is a complete disaster, if you have a pickup or big truck, you can easily block people from moving

Hello, I reserved and made a deposit for 2021 summer. As Canadian can't go, I was supposed to get back my deposit since I received an e-mail in March. Never got my money back yet after many e-mails and phone calls (nobody answers and there is no voicemail). I hope this comment will reach the owners so I get my money back; can make a good comment; and hopefully can go back in OOB and White Cap Village soon. Thank you.

I booked Unit 6 for a 3 night stay as a solo vacation traveler. The owner's name is Marc. The room was fine and as advertised, however the owner failed to notify me of a planned power outage to the unit the first morning I was there. Then a person attempted to unlock my door and enter my unit with no knocking or announcing themselves. When I reported this to Marc, he was very unprofessional in his response, asking me to describe the man and going on about how he does not like him and was trying to get him fired. I felt unsafe so I decided to check out of this unit and move elsewhere. The owner then harassed me via text message. I would NOT recommend booking here. I will post the screenshots of Marc and I's conversation below.
