Mid-Maine Marine provided a superior boat purchasing experience! The sales department completely exceeded all our expectations! Ronald seemed to almost anticipate my questions and answered nearly all them without me hardly having to ask one. I found both the sales and service departments to be very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating to a coupe endeavoring to purchase their first new boat! Definitely recommend!

Purchased 2021 1650 model 16 ft Lund. I have issues with paint chipping within 4 weeks of owning the boat. I thought Lund used and applied automotive grade paint, so I would not expect the paint to chip easily. Was told not a warranty issue so basically tough luck. I have requested MMM provide me with Lund manufacturer contact so I can personally pursue. Still waiting on response from Ronald. I like the boat but I feel MMM Service and support are below standard expectations. Also I had returned the boat so several other minor warranty issues could be handled, it appears these were not corrected.

I recently purchased a 25 hp 4s Mercury outboard. They had it in the tank when I got there. Fred the technician walked me through step by step the start up, warm up and break in procedures for the motor and answered all my questions. He even helped me strap it into my truck. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Fred.
