Encompass Bodywork

I went there for the first time March 4th, he had several cancelations so I was able to book last minute. I was having a lot of trouble with my back, hip and shoulder. After my massage he told me to be sure to stay well hydrated and I would likely be sore, go home and rest. He was very thorough, extremely professional and I was absolutely happy with the results. He is a very sweet person on top of it and I felt totally comfortable. My husband knew who he was and he trusted him - says a lot, in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend Christopher. I am going back after a chiropractor appt this Friday. I am very happy. I don't know what he used but it was not the typical oil I have had in the past (one of the biggest reasons I don't care for massage is feeling oily after). A day after I was stiff but by the afternoon I started feeling better - it worked! Again, 5 stars!

Great place! Chris was able to fit me in very short notice after a back injury while I was on vacation locally. Very courteous and professional, it was a great service.

Chris is such an amazing massage therapist. You can tell that Chris absolutely loves what he does, hes doing this work to truly help you heal and feel better in your body. I received a 60 minute Deep Tissue Massage, he helped me to feel comfortable, relaxed and overall felt so rejuvenated at the end of the massage. He holds such a beautiful space, its so comfortable, clean and hospitable. When Im back in Maine I will most definitely come back to see him and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I am new to the Western Maine area and happened stumbled upon Encompass Bodywork while walking in Norway. When I called to inquire about an appointment Chris went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. From the very first session on he has been extremely professional and takes time digging into my health and wellness level each visit. I can almost see him formulating a massage plan as we chat, but one of the most impressive things about Chriss practice is his intuition and ability to shift and adjust his plan according to that intuition during the session, which has lead to some of the most therapeutic massages I have ever had!
