Not happy the pharmacy closes so early on a Sat and not open at all on a Sunday. Especially when u can't get a prescription filled til the exact day it's due.

I wish I knew where to file a complaint. Since transferring to this pharmacy I have been frustrated. I tried the scan your bar code from the mobile app. The app gives you a time it will be ready...you go there and no, they haven't even looked at those refill requests. Never were ready when I got there. Ok, gave up on that, started calling them in. Was told by a person they would be ready at a certain time. I go there and no, not ready yet. It's h and we don't even have this medication you will have to come back tomorrow. Did that, guess what, wasn't ready. So gaving up on that method too. I have one medication that is like pulling teeth to get apparently. They even had to send me to Wal-Mart for it because it is one that I must have and can't miss a dose! I called twice this last time, was told Saturday yes, they have it and went in today to get my prescriptions and no, they only have a few to get me by. I have to go back again. I bet you anything they will tell me its either not ready or don't have it yet. Why have three methods to order your medication if two don't work at all. I don't think they fill your prescriptions until you are right in front of them upset.... So very, very frustrated.
